Our Recruitment
Process & Services
We adopt the following recruitment
process in providing our services to our
customers.
CLIENT BRIEFING. We conduct briefing
of our clients' business objectives and
hiring requirements via in depth
discussions and constant contact with
clients during the search cycle.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION. We develop a
comprehensive specification of the
candidates' requirements, job scope,
success measurements, expectations and
remuneration as a reference guide for
both clients and candidates.
RESEARCH. We embark on a systematic
search process using our channels of
recruitment starting with our database,
followed by an identification of target
candidates, and extensive follow up
activities to draw the client and
candidate closer.
QUALIFICATION. We conduct initial
screening of our candidates based on the
pre-qualifying criteria set by checking
with external references, extensive
qualifying during interview session and
endorsing of documentations, if
necessary.
EVALUATION. Based on initial
screening, selected candidates will be
evaluated against the specification
criteria and a shortlist of the
candidates will be determined.
RECOMMENDATIONS. We make
recommendations to clients on our
selected candidates and provide input on
why they are selected.
INTERVIEW. We arrange for clients to
interview selected candidates, ensuring
all possibilities of exposure of
identities are minimized.
NEGOTIATION. If needed, we will
conduct final verification and reference
checking of candidates' background, past
and present contacts and achievements
one more time.
CLOSING. We play "middleman" to both
clients and candidates in the final
stages of negotiations to ensure that
both parties get a fair deal in terms of
the overall package and mutual
expectations. |
