A Computer Science graduate from University of Manitoba, Canada.
Anthony has been involved with Information Technology since 1985. |

After a short period of commercial experience as a network specialist, he
took up an appointment as a lecturer at Informatics College. Soon he
became actively involved in new technology development; he is the founder
of Computer Servicing Department and later promoted to become Head of
the School. During his time at Informatics, Anthony had been instrumental
in improving the knowledge and skill of the staff, the resources that
contributed to the success story of Informatics today. |

In 1990 he set up the first corporate training center in the region, as its
Director, specialising in IBM AS/400 training. During this time, he was
seconded by IBM to be an IBM trainer for mid-range systems |

Anthony has a wide range of outside interests including consultancy
(mainly, but not exclusively for local government) and his main research
interest is in Open System Inter-connectivity. His customers range from
ALCOM, BALGI, Carlsberg, Dunlop, Ipmuda, F&N, Gardenia, Herculus, ICI,
Jebsen & Jessen, Kementerian Kewangan, Pedidikan, Hasil Dalam Negeri,
OCBC, PROTON, just to name a few. He is also a renowned speaker for
British Computer Society (BCS) and was responsible for initiating BCS
courses at the college since 1986. |

The formation of Visualogic Resources see him moving into a new era of
being the first to be involved in client-server training and development in this
region. He was the first to use VisualAge for RPG in their earlier software
research and development. |

As an IBM Business Partner, he has been involved in co-development with
couple of foreign banks in developing e-business application using
advanced development tools such as PERL for CGI and VisualAge for Java
since 1999. |

Currently he is also actively involved in development of Websphere
applications for e-business solutions across multiple platforms. |
